DIRECTIONS From I-695: Take Exit 31B (Harford Road) north. Drive 1/2 mile to the intersection at Joppa Road. Turn right onto Joppa and go one mile to the third light, Walther Blvd. Turn right onto Walther Blvd. The entrance to Oak Crest is on your right. Identify yourself as a Baltimore Junior Miss audience member at the guard booth and follow directions to the visitor parking lot. The program will be held at the Town Center Auditorium.
